Manage the bar operations of Couqley French Brasserie and be involved in the planning of bar promotions beverage purchases and pricing under the supervision of the Restaurant General Manager.
Provide consumption data for purchasing purposes and ensure correct control of beverage to avoid wastage and spoilage.
Be fully aware at all times of competition activities theme nights and pricing.
Ensure the set standards in operations are followed as per the local regulations
Recommend hiring and/or employee promotions to the Restaurant General Manager and assist in looking after the manning of the bar.
Define training needs and propose training programs and continuously train the team to achieve highest professionalism.
Prepare schedules for all bar personnel according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times and under the guidance of the Restaurant General Manager.
Qualifications :
Service focused personality is essential
Previous experience in a similar role is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
