You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate our engineering team. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution technical planning resource allocation and the development of innovative engineering solutions that support business goals. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Lead and manage the engineering team including mechanical electrical and design engineers.
Oversee engineering projects from conception through execution ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Allocate resources efficiently and manage departmental budgets and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations production product development and quality assurance.
Establish and enforce engineering best practices standards and procedures.
Solve complex technical problems and provide guidance on critical engineering decisions.
Monitor KPIs and project progress reporting to senior leadership.
Foster innovation and continuous improvement in design systems and manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial etc.); Masters degree preferred.
7 years of engineering experience with at least 23 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong technical background with a proven track record in project management and team leadership.
Proficiency with engineering tools CAD software and project management platforms.
Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of engineering processes product lifecycle and quality systems.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
Experience in manufacturing automotive electronics construction or industrial sectors.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
