About the Role
As a People & Culture Activator you will implement people and culture strategies aligned with LINKVIVAs vision. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement retention and productivity while fostering a positive and inclusive corporate culture. This role involves collaborating with project managers to address HR needs managing recruitment onboarding and training for the extended team (freelancers) and ensuring HR policies comply with legal requirements and best practices.

Strategic Thinker Ability to develop and implement people and culture strategies aligned with business objectives.

What You Need to Apply
Experience 5 years proven experience in people and culture roles within event production or similar industries.
Education bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
Skills Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge Familiarity with HR software and tools.
Language Proficiency Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
