Job Description
We are recruiting for an experienced calm and inclusive female Barre Instructor to join a premium ladies boutique studio in sunny Abu Dhabi! They would be required to lead dynamic music-driven classes with proper choreography. The ideal candidate has a background in fitness or dance strong cueing abilities and a passion for helping clients reach their goals in a fun supportive environment.
The Package:
- a basic salary (between 7 000 - 9 000 AED depending on qualifications and experience)

Requirements:
- Barre certification
- Additional pilates certifications would be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years experience instructing Barre
- Experience dealing with a high caliber of clients in a boutique studio
- English speaking (fluent)
- Other languages are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well in a team

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teach choreographed barre classes synced to music offering modifications for all levels.
- Create engaging playlists and well-structured class flows.
- Ensure a safe welcoming studio environment.
- Arrive on time set up equipment and maintain cleanliness.
- Build client relationships and support studio events and retention efforts.
