Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ad Campaign Manager to oversee the planning execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will manage media budgets analyze performance metrics and drive campaign success in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn programmatic etc.).

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to build compelling ad creatives.

  • Manage campaign setup targeting bidding strategies and audience segmentation.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR CPC CPA ROAS and conversion rates.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights using tools like Google Analytics Data Studio or similar platforms.

  • Conduct A/B testing and implement findings to improve ad effectiveness.

  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels.

  • Stay current with industry trends platform updates and competitor strategies.

  • Work closely with sales product and analytics teams to align messaging and audience strategy.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.

Experience:

  • 25 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising campaign management.

  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads Meta Business Suite LinkedIn Ads or DSPs.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel Google Analytics and campaign management dashboards.

  • Familiarity with attribution models and customer journey tracking.

  • Excellent communication project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.

  • Experience in B2B eCommerce or performance marketing environments.

  • Working knowledge of SEO email marketing and organic social is a bonus.
