Job Description
We are a dynamic and growing landscaping company specializing in residential projects. From design to execution we create outdoor spaces that inspire. Were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and ensure that our projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards.
Role Overview:
NOTE: IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR LANDSCAPING AND POOL COMPANY
As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our landscaping projects. You will be responsible for cost estimation budgeting procurement and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or related field.
- Experience in landscaping construction or a related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost control budgeting and procurement practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.
- Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
