The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the company. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards social media and employee referrals to find potential candidates within the Middle East Region for Qatar Saudi Arabia and UAE.
- Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company in line with the BEUMER Leadership Principles.
- Coordinate Hiring Process: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain Recruitment Records: Keep detailed records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Extend Job Offers: Negotiate and extend job offers to select candidates.
- Onboard New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter familiar with the Middle East Region.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong organizational abilities and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members.
