Job Description

Location: Dubai UAE
Department: Operations
Reports To: General Manager / Director

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager Outsourcing Unit is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of outsourced staffing operations from recruitment to deployment across various industries such as banking healthcare security and facility management. The role includes client servicing team supervision compliance and financial oversight with a strong focus on recruitment and international workforce sourcing.

Requirements:

1. 1. Recruitment & International Sourcing

  • Lead recruitment for outsourced roles across different sectors.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with international recruitment agencies and workforce suppliers.
  • Source candidates from countries such as India Nepal Bangladesh Philippines and African nations based on client requirements.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and mobilization of staff with proper documentation and visa processing.

2. Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workforce management across client sites.
  • Ensure optimal deployment and performance tracking of outsourced staff.
  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) attendance and client satisfaction.

3. Industry-Specific Expertise

  • Deploy and manage outsourced teams in Banking Hospitals Security and Facility Management sectors.
  • Customize operational plans based on industry-specific needs and regulatory standards.

4. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Handle all escalations and service issues professionally and promptly.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all staff are compliant with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate with HR and PRO teams for visa processing renewals terminations and legal formalities.
  • Maintain updated employee records deployment logs and client documentation.

6. Financial Oversight

  • Monitor project budgets billing cycles and profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance on invoicing collections and payroll.
  • Control operational costs without compromising service quality.

7. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead guide and motivate supervisors and site managers.
  • Conduct training programs for new staff and continuous development for existing teams.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry focus: Construction Oil & Gas Facilities Management Hospitality Education & Security.
  • Experience working with overseas recruitment agencies (India Nepal Pakistan Philippines etc.)
  • Strong network of local service providers (medical centers typing centers travel agencies etc.)
