Job Description

Job Title: AI-driven Banking Automation Specialist
Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced AI-driven Banking Automation Specialist to design develop and implement AI-powered solutions for automating banking processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning natural language processing and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service and support

- Design and implement machine learning models for automating banking processes such as transaction processing and risk management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions

- Analyze and optimize AI model performance ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and banking

Requirements:

- Strong background in machine learning NLP and AI

- Experience with banking operations and regulatory requirements

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python Java or C

- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
