JOB TITLE: SME Sales
CONTRACTUAL TERM: 12 months

REPORTS TO: Commercial cards product manager
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years of banking
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Banking product sales experience in the UAE
- Commercial cards sales experience
TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Liaising with business banking/ corporate banking teams to build lead pipeline for corporate cards
- Meeting/ calling the leads and converting into card sale. This will include selling the benefits offering the right product form our corporate card product suite (DP World co-brand card Corporate Card DMCC co- brand card Virtual card) and securing relevant documentation and submitting the case
- Where needed following through with relevant teams (sourcing team credit teams) to take the applications to approval
- Serving as a Relationship Officer for a base of customers allocated to them assisting in issues pertaining to the product onboarding or service requirements. (We do already have a service team; however this person would ensure the customer gets access to the right service channel and requirements/ issues are attended to in a timely manner)
Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
- 5 to 10 years of banking product sales experience in the UAE
- Sales/ relationship experience with the SME/ business segments OR experience in card sales
- Graduate
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Sales skills
Commercial cards sales experience strongly preferred
