Operations Associate- The core purpose of the role is to handle the day-to-day admin and system related tasks for SCM customers and achieve operational excellence while managing both internal and external customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities
Responsibility
- Ensures assigned task is done diligently error free.
- Ensures to meet tight timelines for document submission.
- Monitor and ensures agreed KPI’s for documentation are met.
Key Competencies
Behavioral
- Adopts an attitude of Customer Experience.
- Effective and clear Communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management skills
- Full overview and strong coordinating and follow up skills across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and time management skills
Technical
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge to work on Outlook and MS teams.
- SAP knowledge is preferable.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
Languages
- English
