Ensurewarehouselayoutsupportsmaximumspaceutilizationandsafety
Maintaincleanlinessorderandoperationaldisciplineinthewarehouse

HSECompliance&RiskMitigation

Ensurewarehousesafetyandregulatoryadherence

EnforceHealthSafetyandEnvironmental(HSE)protocolsinwarehouseoperations
Conductperiodictraininganddrillsonemergencyproceduresandequipmenthandling
Identifyandreporthazardsorunsafepracticesimplementingcorrectiveactions

Vendor&TransportCoordination

Managethirdpartylogisticsanddispatchalignment

Liaisewithtransportationproviderstoensuretimelydeliveriesandpickups
Monitorservicelevelsoflogisticspartnersandraiseperformanceconcernswhenneeded
Ensureproperdocumentationofincomingandoutgoingshipments

RequiredSkills&Qualifications

Provenexperienceinwarehouseorlogisticssupervision(35years)

Strongunderstandingofinventorycontrolsystems(ERP/WMSexperiencepreferred)

KnowledgeofHSEpracticesandregulatorycompliance

Excellentleadershipandteamcoordinationskills

Abilitytooperateforkliftsandotherwarehouseequipment(certificationpreferred)

Strongorganizationalanddocumentationskills

Training&DevelopmentRequiredfortheRole

AdvancedWarehouseManagementSystem(WMS)Training
