You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAECOM is seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to provide expert support on postcontract activities for a client.
Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be but not limited to:
Specialized in postcontract cost consultancy services with experience on mid to largescale residential commercial and hospitality projects.
Experienced in working collaboratively within a team of professionals delivering postcontract cost management and consultancy services.
Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors with:
Measurement and valuation of works
Assessment and agreement of variations
Preparation of payment certificates and final accounts
Cost reporting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with quality control requirements and internal procedures.
Support in benchmarking data collection and internal financial reporting.
Contribute to the preparation and delivery of various outputs across all Funder Advisory services.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or a related Construction field.
Chartered status with RICS (MRICS) or currently working towards APC.
Experience
Minimum of 45 years postgraduate experience.
At least 23 years of experience in the Middle East market.
