Were seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join Amazons Global Store team. In this role youll own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key features and experiences that serve millions of customers worldwide. Youll work at the intersection of business technology and customer experience to deliver innovative solutions that enhance Amazons global retail platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in executing and managing the product vision strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas within the Global Store
Partner with engineering design research and business teams to build and launch worldclass customer experiences
Use datadriven decision making to identify opportunities prioritize features and measure success
Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with retail industry trends
Lead customer research initiatives to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
Drive product launches from conception through implementation
Bachelors degree (Business Supply Chain International Trade or related field)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MBA or Masters degree
Experience in ecommerce or retail technology
International market experience
Proven track record of product innovation
