You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are hiring a Kitchen Chef who brings both passion and precision to the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in food preparation and a deep commitment to hygiene taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the set menu and recipes.
Ensure high standards of food quality taste and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor stock levels report shortages and assist with inventory control.
Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP).
Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining smooth workflow.
Coordinate closely with frontofhouse and sous chefs for timely service.
Uphold consistency in food portions preparation and plating.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen or chef role.
High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality Tourism or a related field.
HACCP Certified knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a must.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to work in a highpressure fastpaced environment.
Team player with good communication and time management skills.
