Key Responsibilities:
Lead the frontofhouse team and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Manage staffing scheduling and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and support teams to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
Monitor inventory handle supplier coordination and manage ordering.
Ensure compliance with hygiene health and safety regulations.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
Work closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and cost control.
Train and mentor new and existing staff to uphold service standards.
Minimum 4 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management Tourism or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational abilities.
Proven ability to manage budgets control costs and meet KPIs.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software is a plus.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
A proactive customercentric mindset with an eye for detail.
