Job Description

Job Title: BD Talent Acquisition Specialist

General Overview Of The RoleThe BD Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring KOL BD Managers within the cryptocurrency and Web3 industries. This role involves headhunting identifying and assessing candidates for the KOL BD manager role.

A strong understanding of the crypto exchange ecosystem including DeFi Web3 and blockchain is essential to navigate the industrys fastpaced and evolving job market. The TA Specialist develops and executes hiring strategies leveraging job boards networking platforms and industry events to connect with the KOL BDM professionals.

Responsibilities include screening candidates coordinating interviews negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager is crucial to aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives. Given the rapid changes in the crypto exchange industry and market trends adaptability and staying up to date with industry developments are key to building a strong talent pipeline.

Typical Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring needs for KOL BDM roles.
  • Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn CryptoJobs Telegram and specialized crypto exchange communities.
  • Screen candidates to evaluate experience industry knowledge and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interviews assessments and offer negotiations.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline of cryptoexchange KOL BDM professionals for current and future roles.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and trends to effectively engage with candidates and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Participate in crypto exchangefocused events conferences and meetups to build networks and promote the company brand.
  • Work with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and TA team to develop strategies for attracting top talent in this competitive industry.
  • Educate hiring managers on industryspecific talent trends salary benchmarks and candidate expectations.
  • Utilize datadriven recruitment strategies to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate experience.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 3 years experience in Technology Talent Acquisition
  • 1 years of experience as a KOL BDM headhunter in the crypto exchange industry or web3 space.
  • Strong knowledge of crypto exchange concepts such as futures trading KOL and affiliates onboarding etc.
  • Proficiency in headhunting candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Telegram and other crypto platforms and forums.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams is highly beneficial.

  • Direct experience in the cryptocurrency exchange industry such as futures trading
