OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Guest Experience Leadership:

  • Spearhead efforts to ensure a consistently high level of service by championing GuestVoice key drivers specifically focusing on Staff anticipating guest needs and Problem resolved on first contact.
  • Lead the team in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee the maintenance of exceptional service standards at all times.

Guest Relations and Conflict Resolution:

  • Take ownership of guest concerns complaints and compliments ensuring they are promptly and appropriately addressed to uphold the JW Marriott Welcome Experience.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problemsolving skills resolving issues on the first contact and maintaining a proactive approach to guest needs.

Training and Development:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Lounge Supervisor to conduct onthejob training for new Executive Lounge Agents fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of new procedures and services ensuring the team is wellequipped to adapt to evolving guest expectations.

Operational Efficiency and Coordination:

  • Efficiently manage daily activities by reviewing trends in arrivals and departures coordinating group checkins and scheduling team members accordingly.
  • Ensure the proper utilization of logs including daily activities handover courtesy calls and VIP arrivals to maintain operational transparency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster strong interdepartmental relationships by coordinating effectively with Front Office Guest Services and Guest Relations Managers.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Lounge team and other departments promoting a collaborative working environment and facilitating seamless communication.
