The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the organization playing a key role in financial planning budgeting reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position will support strategic decisionmaking through accurate financial analysis and will maintain the integrity of financial records in accordance with internal and external guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts working closely with departmental teams to align financial targets with company goals.
- Conduct indepth financial analysis to assess performance identify trends and explain variances.
- Offer actionable recommendations to enhance profitability cost efficiency and financial health.
- Supervise the preparation of periodic financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
- Develop comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to support business operations.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and help develop financing strategies for both short and longterm needs.
- Oversee treasury activities and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
- Ensure all accounting activities comply with recognized standards and internal policies.
- Oversee payroll accounts payable/receivable and general ledger processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws reporting standards and internal audit requirements.
- Track departmental expenditures against approved budgets.
- Introduce costcontrol initiatives and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Provide detailed budget performance analysis to senior management.
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to reduce exposure.
- Enforce internal controls and compliance with financial policies.
- Drive the development and application of risk mitigation frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related discipline (Masters degree or CPA is a plus).
- 68 years of experience in finance or accounting with a strong background in budgeting financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of GAAP IFRS and applicable regulatory standards is essential.
