Record keeping and room allocation.
Equipment and amenity provision.
Liaison with contractors for maintenance.
Ensuring security protocols and emergency procedures.
Cleanliness & Inventory:
Maintain high cleanliness standards.
Manage linen inventory and room inspections.
General Responsibilities:
Uphold company standards and promote positive relations.
Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor.
Adhere to rules and regulations fostering a cohesive work environment.
Occasional Responsibilities:
Assist in Activities and Events.
Assist in training and development.
Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
General Responsibilities:
To ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
Qualifications :
Experience in the Hospitality Industry Preferred
Ability to handle Cultural and Diverse Workforce
Support with Events and ell Being Activities
Event organizing is an asset
