Are you a skilled baker with a love for teaching and shaping the next generation of bread artisans A renowned culinary training center in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Baking Instructor to lead practical handson classes in artisan bread and dough preparation.

What You ll Be Doing:
Deliver engaging and practical breadmaking and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
Develop lesson plans demos and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.
Teach a wide range of baking techniques including:
Artisan breads
Laminated doughs (e.g. croissants Danish)
Enriched doughs (e.g. brioche)
Fermentation and sourdough techniques
Monitor and evaluate students progress offering constructive feedback and mentorship.
Maintain a clean professional and foodsafe learning environment.
Stay updated on global baking trends and bring innovative techniques into the classroom.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
Professional baking experience preferably in artisan or highvolume baking operations.
Prior experience in training mentoring or culinary instruction is highly valued.
A culinary degree or baking/patisserie certification (e.g. City & Guilds ICCA or equivalent) is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with an encouraging and approachable teaching style.
Passionate about bread baking science and empowering new talent.
Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi working 5 days per week onsite.
