Job Description
Job Title: Patient Care Specialist Company Overview: Freelan is a leading healthcare company based in Dubai United Arab Emirates. We are dedicated to providing highquality patient care services to our clients with a focus on personalized and compassionate care. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join our team on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Educate patients and their families on proper care and selfmanagement techniques Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulations Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates Strong knowledge of patient care best practices and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Compassionate and empathetic nature Proficient in using electronic medical record systems Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A positive and supportive work environment Stateoftheart facilities and equipment A chance to make a meaningful impact on patients lives If you are passionate about patient care and want to be a part of a dynamic and growing healthcare company we encourage you to apply for this position.
