Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the Chairman ensuring smooth coordination and of all official and personal activities. The role involves managing schedules correspondence coordination with internal teams and handling adhoc tasks related to Milele Car Rental and Milele Properties.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairmans calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support in both official business activities and personal errands or tasks.
- Coordinate and follow up with team members in Milele Car Rental and Milele Properties to ensure the timely of assignments.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Prepare and review correspondence reports and presentations as required.
- Ensure timely followup on delegated tasks and projects.
- Handle adhoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the Chairman.
- Assist with personal arrangements including appointments bookings and logistics.

Position Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in the automotive real estate or car rental sectors.
