Main responsibilities:
- Establish close relationships with key clients in order to understand their projects commercial objectives and branding requirements
- Maintain a strong understanding of current market conditions competitive landscape and prospective partner/investor/client opportunities
- Support regional development management teams and development personnel throughout the dealmaking process through the evaluation of new opportunities development of pitches negotiating of contracts and generally removing hurdles which need to be overcome in order to achieve objectives
- Develop close and regular relations with other departments in order to reflect needs and constraints in the agreements develop up to date arguments for selling the company and and its services
- Represent the company during local and international seminars exhibitions or events
- Validate reports monthly for rollup into global reporting
- Generate leads to grow the PME segments in assigned markets
- Negotiate and conclude agreements
Qualifications :
- French and English language required
- Microsoft Office Interpersonal skills
- experience in Hospitality
- Strong knowledge /experience in market analysis & feasibility studies
- Knowledge of hotel accounting hotel management financial modelling residential development branded residential management hotel brands and ability to understand legal documents.
- Experience in brand management and communications is a distinctive advantage
