Job Description

Checkout is seeking an Associate Deal Management to join our growing Sales Operations team in our Dubai office to support our global growth. This role sits within our Revenue Operations department. We seek someone highly motivated detailoriented and confident in collaborating crossfunctionally with internal teams throughout the organization. Within this role you will work with teams such as Sales Legal Risk Onboarding and Finance.

The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who can work autonomously and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment in which they can exceed expectations through personal drive. 

What youll be doing:

  • Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process.
  • Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet clients needs while adhering to policies.
  • Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients profiles.
  • Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient signup.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed
  • Create and review customer agreements/contracts
  • Support and adapt the of new processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in which the Deal Management team operates
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders especially sales Customer Onboarding and Legal teams.
  • Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service 
  • Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
     

Qualifications :

  • 12 Years Experience in an Onboarding/KYC role 
  • Excellent customer service customerfacing and problemsolving skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Selfstarter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fast learner and motivated by new challenges
  • Humble and hungry to learn
  • Able to work under pressure multitask and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Superb communication skills ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the payment processing industry and regulations is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
