Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Lead mentor and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve personal and team sales goals.
Provide guidance support and training to team members to help them succeed in the real estate market.
Monitor and track the teams performance ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets client satisfaction and operational standards.
Organize regular team meetings to discuss strategies challenges and market updates.
Foster a positive collaborative and growthoriented team culture.
Client Relations:
Oversee and ensure that team members provide excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers.
Assist clients in negotiating contracts closing deals and navigating any complex issues.
Act as a toptier negotiator managing highprofile or highvalue transactions.
Ensure the team follows up regularly with past clients encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Administrative & Operational Duties:
Maintain proper records and documentation including contracts agreements and client communications.
Oversee the creation and management of sales listings marketing materials and other business documentation.
Training & Development:
Continuously assess the teams training needs and provide educational resources to enhance their skills.
Host regular training sessions on sales tactics market knowledge and customer relationship management.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar
Proven experience in real estate sales 23
Previous leadership or management experience in real estate is a plus.
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example and inspire team success.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
