Description

Apt Resources a leading recruitment company is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide highlevel administrative support to the Chairman/CEO enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively. This exciting opportunity involves working at the heart of a dynamic and growing company and offers excellent prospects for career progression.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman/CEOs schedule and plan meetings accompany the CEO on business trips to different countriesasrequired.
  • Monitor and respond to emails correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
  • Possess a strong understanding of contracts with experience in analyzing and providing insights. Capable of reviewing contracts offering feedback and conducting an initial validation before presenting them tothechairman.
  • Prepare reports presentations and other documents as required by the Chairman/CEO.
  • Manage projects and undertake research on behalf of the Chairman/CEO.
  • Attend meetings with the Chairman/CEO and take notes and minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman/CEO and all other stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Handle confidential information with complete discretion.


Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role preferably with at least 15 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or Commerce.
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret financial data contracts and other documents.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally with the Chairman.


Benefits

USD 4000 to USD 4500 free accommodation and transport (car) visa and Yearly ticket to home country. All workrelated travel will be coveredbythecompany.
