We are looking for a Guest Experience intern to join the team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager you will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests from arrival to departure.
You will be expected to
- Become a front desk genius mastering the art of checkins checkouts and turning guests into raving fans!
- Dive into the digital realm of hotel booking software becoming a techsavvy hospitality hero.
- Channel your inner self by supporting various departments from housekeeping to food and beverage and beyond!
- Join forces with your fellow interns in epic team meetings brainstorming ways to make guest experiences unforgettable.
- Embrace your role as a hospitality professional ready to assist across all hotel functions and emerge as the ultimate Pullmans Progress Champion
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a Hospitality Management Tourism or related degree program from a reputed International Hospitality School
