Key Responsibilities:

● Evaluate inbound applications for grants and ecosystem support coming fromvarious technology startups.

● Leverage your network and outbound outreach to source high-potential early stagegrant and decentralized applications globally.

● Develop grants support and impact theses, a point of view, measuring results anddriving learning.

● Evaluate potential ecosystem opportunities in early stage tech companies throughfounder and financial due diligence, market research, and competitive analysis.

● Assist in the execution of ecosystem development by sourcing new tech applications,executing diligence by building ecosystem adoption models and playing an active rolein internal discussions related to grants/ecosystem support decisions, andsupporting portfolio companies.

● Be an ambassador for the Network — fostering relationships in the broaderentrepreneurial and venture community.

Requirements

● Desire to work within a values-centric, founder-first ecosystem venture capital stylefirm.

● 2–4 years of relevant experience, including but not limited to: technology / startups,venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, private equity.

● Collaborative; team and outcome oriented.

● Ability to thrive in a FAST, unstructured environment with incomplete data.

● Familiarity and passion for core technologies and consumer behavior.

● Fluency with data manipulation, financial models, cap tables and presentations.

● Must be a self-starter, solutions oriented, comfortable working with minimaloversight and taking on new tasks on-demand/as needed.

● Desire to work with a global team.

● Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
