Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible to carry the below roles and responsibilities:
• Work with business users to maintain the applications/ systems through problem resolution and business initiatives.
• Create change tickets in ServiceNow as required for any improvements or application fixes, keeping the relevant business partners informed at all stages of the process, and confirming with the requester before closing the ticket
• The ability to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Logical, efficient, well organized, with a proven attention to detail
• A collaborative individual who demonstrates initiative and leadership skills, and with appropriate instruction, is confident working with minimal direction
Requirements:
• HS Diploma required and 6 months to 1 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or IT
• Experience with SQL or similar programming language
