Job Description
- Own Dive Deeps and Root Cause Analysis for MENA 3PL transportation issues.
- Own change management process within MENA 3PL team.
- Track improvement projects and their realized benefits.
- Improve Carrier capability for dive deeps and data analytics as required.
- Become the single point of contact of MENA 3PL with analytics team for dashboard improvement and requirements.
- Continuous improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfilment centers, and customer service teams to improve customer experience, costs and processes
- Improvement projects tracking and realization of productivity.
- Change Management Process to ensure that continuous improvement are not imposing risk and are providing a consistent and sustainable improvement.
- Drives root-cause analysis and the successful implementation of corrective actions.
