ITP Live launched in 2017 and it is the region’s largest full service social media and influencer marketing agency and has expanded to have offices in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, India, United Kingdom and Los Angeles

From exclusively managing digital content creators in the region to conceptualizing and executing 360 degree influencer marketing campaigns for international and local brands, ITP Live is a dynamic division of ITP Media Group.
In addition to creating ROI focused influencer campaigns for its clients, ITP Live is also responsible for organizing bespoke events with global influencers including Influencer Marketing conferences with industry experts and hosting social media workshops for up and coming content creators in the region.
The objectives of the division are to extend the digital footprint of ITP Media Group as well as providing new content creation opportunities for commercial partners.
ITP.Live is the only regional source of news and information on social media and influencer marketing.

Job Summary

The role of the Head of Influencer Marketing is pivotal and at the heart of our business here at ITP Live. This role oversees all operational aspects of the department strategy, by setting strategic goals and being responsible for the overall flow of the processes for each sub department.

To be successful as Head of Influencer Marketing, you should possess excellent organisational and communication skills as well as outstanding analytical skills, in order to evaluate the data and performance metrics for both the campaign and talent teams. In addition to critical thinking and interpersonal skills, the candidate should be able to juggle multiple complex projects and requests.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage, train and lead the day-to-day workflow of both the campaign management and talent relations teams in UAE, KSA and Lebanon
  • Direct and streamline all operational activities of department to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively
  • Constantly evolve the project management process internally across all offices from influencers identification, negotiation to contracting.
  • Constantly evolve the campaign management process from start to finish including advanced campaign reporting
  • Support New Business development through participation in agency brainstorms, sales operations, and budgeting exercises
  • Positively contribute to agency culture by maintaining team morale and providing professional development paths for team(s)
  • Direct and oversee operations staff (campaign management team and talent relations teams), to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities and daily tasks
  • Develop, enhance and implement policies and procedures to ensure that core operational functions achieve their objectives
  • Liaise with the finance department daily on all financial requirements
  • Manage high level end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns
  • Assist in new business pitches by developing comprehensive influencer media plans and strategic content plans
  • Driving business results beyond brand affinity
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of the Talent database
  • Measurement expertise utilizing proprietary and 3rd party platforms
  • Perform research and remain up-to-date regarding current benchmarks and audience/platform trends

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in working in a influencer marketing agency is a must.

  • Arabic speaking (advantage)

  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with both key external and internal stakeholders, to ensure their needs are being met and issues are proactively addressed
