We are recruiting for an experienced, target driven sales account manager to service and build client/agency relationships. The successful candidate will support the team to achieve the commercial goals of the business.
ITP.net is a digital-only platform, meaning digital sales experience across display, content marketing and lead generation is essential. If you meet the criteria below, please apply as we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing contact and developing relationships with client marketers and agency stakeholders in the Enterprise Technology and Media industry
• Developing pipeline of leads through referrals, telephone, canvassing, face to face and networking
• Ability to innovate, craft proposals to pitch and present with confidence to drive new business
• Experienced negotiator, focused on closing agreements, protecting yields and ad inventory
• Increase Display, Content Marketing and Lead Generation revenue streams
• Accurately forecast, and manage a sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
• Update company CRM in real-time to deliver valuable first-party customer data
• Provide campaign performance reports ensuring client retention
• Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations and ensure ITP.net delivers a positive customer experience – retain business by creating campaign success stories!
Attributes:
• Minimum of 3 years digital media sales experience
• Proven success at previous sales role with a good understanding of the enterprise tech industry
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to sell conceptually and consultatively
• Passionate and self-starting but recognition of when to ask for help
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with ZOHO CRM experience is a plus
• Good communicator and effective listener
• Attention to detail
• Excellent spoken and written English with Arabic a plus
