The audit ofall the filesareas; – Completionsteps (In some casesissuing the financials); – Manage thejobtime in efficient way; –
Perform therequired work withthe required quality (PwC methodology); – Take the rightdecisions when needed; –
Act as a Development TeamManager to teams ofAssociates Tutor one of PwCs many trainingcourses; –
Champion business unit initiatives rangingfromtechnology to learning and development;
-Help less experiencedteam members
REQUIREMENTS Preferred skills–
ACAACCACPA qualification (or equivalent) withbroadranging audit experience including planning, controllingandcompleting a diverse range of assignments
– Effectivecommunication skills when working at all levels withwell developedlistening and questioning techniques –
A proven track record of establishing andmaintainingstrong relationships with clients A proactive approachto problemsolving and delivering client solutions
– A demonstratedability to take responsibility anduse initiative, especially whenworking to tight deadlines –
Ability to work autonomouslywithout directday to day management Desire for continuous selfimprovemen
