1.Contribute to the formulation of branch strategy in terms of sales, customer care and process improvement through a detailed review of market trends, past performance of the branch, and effectiveness of Sales Executives. 2.Lead the achievement of assigned sales targets in order meet the expected monthly sales volumes / revenues of the group company / branch. 3.Review sales quotations prepared by the Sales Executives. Ensure clarity of the quotation with product type, price and other aspects of sale enquired by the customer. 4.Ensure that sales transactions (cash and credit) are in accordance with company policies. 5.Review all aspects of a credit sale transaction, with due emphasis on credit facility for new customers. 6.Ensure that all sales are processed only on receipt of order confirmation through a Local Purchase Order, and if not, through a signed order confirmation. 7.Participate in the preparation of the business (operational) budget; ensure availability of data to support expenses in the budget. 8.Create and build customer awareness on new products through mailers, flyers, etc. 9.Monitor inventory levels in local store ensuring that stocks do not fall below reorder level. Pay special attention to fast-moving products as well as slow-moving products and dead stock.
