We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Change Manager to join our onsite team in Dubai on a 1year contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing training content for Data Governance Change & Transformation Management within the Banking & Financial Services industry. This role is critical in driving training initiatives communication strategies and knowledge management to support policy and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute training materials communication plans and knowledge bases.
Implement feedback channels to support the operationalization of policies standards and procedures.
Lead and execute largescale training programs within the financial services sector.
Deliver advanced training sessions to senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with banking processes systems and central bank regulatory requirements.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Finance Business Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
10 years of experience in Change Transformation & Training within Financial Services.
Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in Data Management Data Governance and Change Management tools & techniques.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to take initiative and build strong stakeholder relationships.
