At Stella Stays were redefining how people live work and experience hospitality and were looking for a Zoho Desk Specialist to elevate our customer support operations. If youre a Zoho expert with a knack for creating efficient workflows integrating communication channels like WhatsApp and delivering datadriven insights we want to hear from you.
What You ll Be Doing:
Set up customize and optimize Zoho Desk to align with our business needs.
Implement and manage WhatsApp integration with Zoho Desk to enhance customer communication.
Design and execute custom functions to automate processes improve workflows and boost operational efficiency.
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Identify opportunities to refine and optimize the customer support journey ensuring faster response times and better customer experiences.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver tailored Zoho Desk solutions that support evolving business needs.
Ensure the Zoho Desk system is uptodate secure and functioning optimally with regular audits and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve system issues quickly while providing ongoing technical support and improvements.
Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure consistent documentation of processes and solutions.
Proven experience working with Zoho Desk and related tools.
Strong knowledge of custom workflows automation and report building within Zoho Desk.
Handson experience integrating WhatsApp with Zoho Desk.
Ability to analyze processes implement solutions and track performance through custom reports.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize deadlines and deliver solutions.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in hospitality proptech or customer support.
A track record of delivering impactful process improvements and datadriven insights.
