BLUCO LLCFZ is urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabicspeaking Talent Acquisition Manager / Admin Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role combines HR recruitment administration and client relationship management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage daytoday administrative operations including document control employee records and office coordination.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Proactively identify and engage with new potential clients to grow the business.
- Draft review and manage client contracts and ensure all agreements are properly documented and executed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the point of contact for HR and recruitment service discussions.
- Prepare reports assist with planning and support management with HR and clientrelated projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Administration and Client Management within the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and contract procedures.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
