We are looking for a Structured Trade finance head for one of our clients based in Dubai.
JOB SUMMARY:
Structured Trade Finance head with 20 years Career as banker or fund manager of widespread international banking experience or fund management on sell side across a broad spectrum of client segments and geographies spanning Asia Middle East and Africa. Strong domain experience and skills in Corporate and Investment Banking or Investment Asst Management. Proven ability to manage and grow multimilliondollar portfolios within toptier financial institutions across multiple geographies. The job involves sales leadership fund raising on sell side and fund management of growing a robust creditfocused yieldbalanced portfolio with track record to deliver innovative and sustainable financing solutions that support the growth and resilience of businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for growth of the fund by raising capital as GP LP and debt
- Responsible for Funds P&L and managing the gross and net yield of the fund.
- Responsible for B2B sales P&L business growth for Trade Finance and solutions sale fund activities.
- Working with Funds origination team and financial structuring team resulting in risk balanced portfolio
- Lead the development and of trading strategies and play a key role in managing portfolio construction and risk.
- Improve and scale portfolio risk taking by participate in portfolio construction and risktaking decisions
- Identify short and long term opportunities based on micro and macro fundamentals
- Navigate the complexities of trade finance and unlock the full potential of working capital through structured trade solutions of the fund by generating risk balanced yields
- Fund management shall involve use of skills in Negotiation Structured Trade Export Finance Structured Finance and Financial Structuring.
- Actively pursue new business with clients and agents
- Work closely with the divisions and offshore teams
- Prepare and present quarterly business development plans
