Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Site Engineer to oversee construction site operations ensure project execution as per plans and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision project coordination and compliance with UAE construction regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee daily construction activities onsite.
- Ensure that work is completed on time within budget and meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and suppliers for smooth workflow.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings plans and specifications.
- Monitor site progress and prepare reports documentation and project updates.
- Ensure health safety and environmental (HSE) standards are followed.
- Conduct site inspections quality control checks and material testing.
- Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise onsite.
- Liaise with clients architects and project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Assist in cost estimation procurement and resource management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials techniques and site management.
- Familiarity with UAE construction laws safety regulations and permits.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management software.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
