Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and coordinate the installation testing and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV access control BMS fire alarms structured cabling and public address systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications industry standards and local authority regulations while maintaining quality and safety standards onsite.
- Collaborate with consultants clients subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ELV works within project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless project progress.
- Maintain project documentation site reports and material approvals while assisting in procurement coordination.
- Supervise subcontractors enforce safety policies and attend project meetings to provide technical input and status updates.
KEY QUALIFICATION:
- Must hold a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Communications or a related field.
- Must have 6 years of relevant work experience in the Middle East ideally in the UAE with a strong background in ELV systems.
- Prior experience in contracting companies in the UAE is mandatory with handson experience in site coordination and execution.
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations ELV installation procedures and project coordination.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
- Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
