QAQC Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our consulting engineering firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects with industry standards and client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with project teams contractors and clients to maintain highquality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for construction projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Review and approve material submittals shop drawings and other project documentation for compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams contractors and clients to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed QA/QC reports including nonconformance reports inspection reports and test results.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes standards and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss qualityrelated issues and provide updates on QA/QC activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards codes and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams contractors and clients.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) or relevant QA/QC credentials.
• Experience with largescale construction projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
