Job Title: Freelance Event Coordinator
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: ProjectBased (Starting from Aed 500 AED 2000 per event)
Job Description:
We are looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to plan and execute highquality events including corporate gatherings product launches networking events and social functions. The ideal candidate is detailoriented highly organized and experienced in event planning logistics and vendor coordination. This is a great opportunity for freelancers seeking flexible projects and networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and execute events based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers for seamless event execution.
- Oversee event setup logistics and onsite management.
- Develop event timelines budgets and checklists to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest lists registrations and attendee engagement.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event to ensure success.
- Stay updated on event industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning coordination or management.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
