Job Description
Job Title: Junior Ads Specialist
Location: Dubai UAE
Salary: AED 2000 per month (Base Salary)
Job Description:
We are looking for a datadriven and detailoriented Junior Ads Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing paid advertising and optimizing campaigns for maximum performance. You will assist in planning executing and monitoring paid ad campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement conversions and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for optimized ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics generating reports for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- A/B test different ad variations to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager etc.).
- Understanding of key marketing metrics like CTR CPC ROAS and conversion rates.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or freelance experience in digital marketing is a plus.
