Job Description
- Install equipment machinery wiring and software to meet precise specifications.
- Train and guide team members on installation techniques.
- Use logical problemsolving to evaluate alternative solutions and select the best approach.
- Determine the necessary tools and balance costs and benefits for each job.
- Listen actively communicate clearly and manage time effectively for yourself and your team.
- Identify and resolve operational errors and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
- Motivate and direct team members while resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of mechanical installation experience including a lead or supervisory role.
- Approval from ADNOC as Mechanical Foreman is mandatory
- Working knowledge of mechanical codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and time management skills.
