Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates BOQs and tender documents for interior fitout projects.
  • Evaluate material labor and subcontractor costs to ensure cost control and budget alignment.
  • Assist in procurement activities including vendor negotiations and cost comparisons.
  • Prepare and analyze variations claims and contractual matters in coordination with project teams.
  • Monitor and track project costs expenditures and financial reports.
  • Conduct site visits to verify progress and validate work completed for payment certifications.
  • Prepare interim and final payment applications and liaise with clients and consultants for approvals.
  • Assist in preparing Extension of Time (EOT) claims and project closeout reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE contractual regulations FIDIC conditions and project requirements.


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Must have 45 years of quantity surveying experience in interior fitout projects in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation cost control and contract administration.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Excel and QS software such as CostX or PlanSwift.
  • Excellent skills in cost analysis procurement and negotiation.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Must be locally available in the UAE and immediately available to join.
