Job Description

Location: AD
Job Type: Fulltime 2year contract
Department: Contract Management

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms conditions and legal requirements.
  • Monitor contract performance addressing any deviations or disputes promptly.
  • Provide strategic advice and solutions on contractrelated matters to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain contract documentation records and reports.
  • Lead dispute resolution processes including mediation and arbitration when necessary.

Qualifications :

  • A degree in any discipline (preferably law business or engineeringrelated fields).
  • 1015 years of experience in managing construction contracts.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction contracts legal frameworks and procurement practices.
  • Proven experience with largescale projects in infrastructure or construction industries.
  • Strong negotiation problemsolving and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
