Job Description
Job Title: Senior Estimator Fitout & Furniture
Location: UAE
Experience: Minimum 6 years (UAE experience required)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator specializing in fitout and furniture to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates analyzing project specifications and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for fitout and furniture projects.
- Analyze project drawings specifications and client requirements.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure costeffectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in tendering budgeting and value engineering processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control throughout execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE in fitout and furniture estimation.
- Strong knowledge of materials pricing and market trends in the UAE.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Excel.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
