Job Description
Job Title: Organization Development Specialist
Location: Qureos Headquarters
Position Type: Fulltime
Qureos is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organization Development Specialist to join our growing team. As an Organization Development Specialist you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of our organization. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about creating positive change and driving growth within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organizationwide initiatives to improve performance culture and employee engagement
Conduct thorough analyses and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
Collaborate with various departments and leaders to identify and address organizational development needs
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Support change management efforts and facilitate the implementation of new processes and procedures
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organization development programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organization development to ensure Qureos remains competitive and innovative
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in organization development human resources or a related role
Strong understanding of organizational development principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Proven experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems preferred
