Job Description
Location: AD
Job Type: Fulltime 2year contract
Department: Project Coordination Team
Responsibilities:
- Lead interdisciplinary coordination for largescale projects including commercial malls airports stations and public buildings.
- Act as the primary liaison between different engineering and architectural disciplines to ensure project alignment and integration.
- Facilitate communication among team members to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Develop and implement coordination strategies to streamline project workflows.
- Review and approve designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and objectives.
- Oversee and guide team members on project deliverables and deadlines.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on coordination progress and challenges.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 510 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for highcomplexity projects.
- Proven track record of managing largescale projects preferably exceeding AED 200M budget.
- Strong leadership skills with experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator preferred.
- Proficiency in project coordination tools and software (e.g. Revit BIM 360 or Primavera).
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
